Abstract

For centuries, military diplomacy has played an important role in ensuring the security between the countries. When studying the process of implementing military diplomacy as a practical instrument in international relations between the states, one of the most prominent examples that should indefinitely be observed is the cooperation between the Ottoman Empire and Prussia, since the cooperation between the two countries is clearly remarkable in terms of both continuity and effectiveness. The broad political, human and organizational networks of the states mentioned above provided for coordination and interaction across multiple levels of government, while the resources at their disposal allowed great flexibility and opportunity.
The discussion of historical facts presented in the paper further supports the truth of our argument that military diplomacy is an integral part of achieving the country’s long-term strategic goals and objectives
