The format of “Three Seas Initiative” that has been initiated in 2016 gives two countries the opportunities to develop relations in many ways (political, economic...). The fact that Georgia expressed its desire to join the mentioned initiative at the third summit of the “Three Seas Initiative” held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, on September 17, 2018, speaks volumes. This initiative envisages the deepening of relations between the Central and Eastern European countries between the Baltic, Black and Adriatic Seas in terms of transport, energy and digital communications, which will have a positive impact on the process of creating a security architecture in the Black Sea region
