This agreement, made between Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (the Publisher) and the Author (Mr./Mrs./Ms. [Author's Name]), outlines the terms for publishing the author's work.

Subject of the Agreement

The Author confirms that their scientific work, titled [Title of Work], is an original creation and that they hold all necessary authorship rights. The Author is solely responsible for addressing any claims from a third party regarding the work's originality or ownership.

Rights and Licensing

The Author retains full copyright of their paper and gives the Publisher the right of first publication. This includes the right for the Publisher to:

• Make the work immediately and freely accessible to everyone.
• Reproduce and distribute the work in any format, including print and digital.
• Include the work in various IT networks, such as repositories and digital libraries.

This license is non-exclusive, meaning the Author can grant other publishing rights elsewhere.

The Publisher commits to publishing the work under a Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 Deed  license. This free license allows users to:

Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Under the following terms:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit , provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made . You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes . NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material. No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits..

Author's Responsibilities

The Author must submit a complete, high-quality, and final version of the work, both as a computer printout and an electronic file. The Author must also provide any necessary supplemental materials, such as tables of contents, illustrations, or bibliographies.

Editorial and General Provisions

The Publisher reserves the right to make minor editorial changes to the work. However, any significant changes after the author's corrections are finalized will require the author's prior written consent.

All changes to this agreement must be in writing to be valid. In the case of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to settle them amicably. If a resolution can't be reached, the dispute will be handled in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

This agreement is prepared in two identical copies, one for the Publisher and one for the Author.
